Open House London is the world’s largest architecture festival, giving free public access to 800+ buildings, walks, talks and tours over one weekend in September each year.
Cecil Sharp House will be open from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday; guided tours at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.
Purpose-built to house the English Folk Dance and Song Society, this Grade II listed building was designed by members of the Art Workers Guild. Bomb damaged in 1940, rebuilt and reopened in 1950. Iconic Ivon Hitchins mural.
