Celebrate the centenary of the birth of Pat Shaw who contributed to many aspects of music, song and dance during his lifetime. His influence opened the door to his successors in the folk community, particularly dance composers.

Dance with Robert Moir and The Assembly Players – 1.30pm-5.30pm
Celebration Concert – 7.15pm-10.15pm
MC for the evening will be Derek Schofield and the programme for the concert includes: Music of the Countryside (David Fleming-Williams and friends playing Pat’s music); Pat’s Quartet (Mike Wilson-Jones and The London Folk Occasionals); Jonathan Cohen (conducting and accompanying West London Voices and the audience); David Butson (soloist); Young Dance Group (carrying on the tradition); singing for pleasure (The Grove Singers); and the Papa Stour Sword Dancers (from Shetland).
All profits will be donated to the Pat Shaw Archive at Cecil Sharp House.
